1. Grate corns coarsely in a food processor. 2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Add water gradually as needed. 3. Wait for about 20-30 minutes before frying. Take spoonful of the mixture, drop them in hot oil, and deep fry until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes). |
