M. Edwin Johnson was the Supervisor of Music for the East St. Louis Public Schools in the years 1902-1903. His address was listed at 610 N. 10th St., East St. Louis, IL. He attended the 1907 MSNC convention at Keokuk, IA. He attended no other MSNC or NEA meetings.
