Instructions for Submitting Information
The research team welcomes submission from outside contributors. We prefer information in Microsoft Word format using guidelines for format as specified in A Manual for Writers of Term Papers, Theses, and Dissertations by Kate L. Turabian. Photographs can be submitted in hard copy or via email attachment. Scanned photos are preferred, however, please reduce image sizes to less than 100KB using Adobe Photoshop, Graphic Converter, or similar graphics applications.
There are two methods of submitting information to the research project.
Method 1-EMAIL: Save submission information in Microsoft Word ".doc" filetype and attach files via email. Photos should be in JPEG format. Send email to:

Please document all sources used in obtaining the information following the Turabian style manual. If oral history sources are used, please check the authenticity of the information prior to submission. Thank you for your interest in the project.
