Mesa is bigger than Minneapolis, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati. 
Glendale is bigger than Akron, Madison, and Ft. Wayne.
Scottsdale is bigger than Montgomery, Shreveport, Lubbock, and Des Moines.
Chandler is bigger than Laredo, Knoxville, Amarillo, and Providence.
Tempe is bigger than Chattanooga, Ft. Lauderdale, Syracuse, and Kansas City.
Gilbert and Peoria are both bigger than South Bend, Manchester, Provo, Erie, Gary, and Berkeley.

All of these cities are bigger than Green Bay.

Phoenix (1,321,045) is bigger than:

Mesa (396,375) is bigger than:

Glendale (218,812) is bigger than:
          Akron (217,074), Madison (208,854), and Ft. Wayne (205,727).

Scottsdale (202,705) is bigger than:
          Montgomery (201,568), Shreveport (200,145), Lubbock (199,564), and Des Moines (198,682).

Chandler (176,581) is bigger than:
          Laredo (176,576), Knoxville (173,890), Amarillo (173,627), and Providence (173,618).

Tempe (158,625) is bigger than:
          Chattanooga (155,554), Ft. Lauderdale (152,397), Tallahassee (150,624), Syracuse (147,306), and
          Kansas City (146,866).

Gilbert (109,697) and Peoria (108,364) are both bigger than:
          South Bend (107,789), Manchester (107,006), Provo (105,166), Erie (103,717), Gary (102,746), and
          Berkeley (102,743).

All of these cities are bigger than Green Bay (102,313).
