Course Objective:
To provide participants with an in-depth knowledge of international real estate finance and the most
recent securitization products, risk measurement and management
techniques. This topic is essential for professionals involved in mortgage banking, mortgage- and
asset-backed securitization, risk management, derivatives research, trading,
treasury management, financial corporate strategy, as well as supervision of
financial institutions.
Grading:
There is one exam worth 500 points. There is also a graded case worth 300 points. Class participation is worth 200 points.
