I am a graduate student at Arizona State University working on my masters under Dr. Arun Sen from the School of Computing, Informatics & Decision Systems Engineering. I am a part of the Networks, Algorithms, Theory & Optimization (NATO) Research Group, specifically a part of the Shared Vision Project, aimed at real-time video streaming in multi-hop ad-hoc networks.
My areas of interest lie in the wireless domain, with ad-hoc networks, cross-layer network optimization and network coding being some key topics that stimulate me. We are investigating new paradigms addressing joint rate control, channel assignment and routing in wireless networks.
I am currently working as a Web Programming Research Assistant in the School of Computing, Informatics & Decision Systems Engineering. My responsibilities include designing, planning, analyzing and implementing requirements of database applications for the school and all its affiliate web sites. I concurrently manage multiple projects including internship / job portals and campus event requests.
I am also employed as a Drupal Programmer in the CareerWISE Project in the Mary Lou Fulton Institute and Graduate School of Education.
