Lab Assignment: Making large posters for presentation to be plotted on
the HP755CM
Begin to assemble the poster that you will use to present the project on
which you are working for this class. It should be correctly sized, make
use of layers, and have at least two figures on it, one of which should be
the location map. Also include the title, your name and affiliation,
etc.
Scan and trace the location map for the project on which you are working for
this class.
Be sure that it includes sufficient geographic control to
be useful (Lat-Long, scale, north arrow, etc.). Be careful with the
data-ink ratio. Add text annotation, change line weights and colors.
Here are some tips for your poster preparation from the American
Geophysical Union:

Note that the size of your posters is 3'x5' (36"x60")!
Place your file in a folder with your name in the Caliente Public folder by
the beginning of class on Wednesday Nov. 12.
