The conference will take place in Phoenix-Scottsdale's The Westin Kierland
Resort.
Special priority rates have been negotiated with the hotel for
attendees.
The rates are $179 (+ tax) for regular and $119 (+ tax) for student.

If you need VISA to enter USA and attend the conference, we can
provide you with an invitation letter.
To request the invitation letter, please send a mail to Karam Chatha with the subject
"Visa Letter for ESWEEK 2010".
Please provide the following information in your mail:
- Full name as it should appear on the letter
- Their address as it should appear on the letter
- State if they are author or attendee at the event
- Name of the paper if it is applicable
- Event (CODES+ISSS, CASES, EMSOFT, or other workshop name) at which the paper is to be presented if applicable
We will reply to the email with the scanned copy of the invitation letter.
The closest and most convenient airport is the Phoenix Skyharbor
International Airport, PHX. It is about 15 miles from the Westin
Kierland.

There are a couple of options get to/from the airport.
- Rental car: (~30 min) If you are planning to rent a car at PHX Sky
Harbor, be sure to make a reservation. It is often very hard to get
vehicles on a walk-in basis. The rental car center is not in the
airport building, and has a separate building. You will have to get
into the shuttle from the second curb on the baggage claims level to
go to the rental car center.
- Hotel shuttle:Airport transportation is available through
transtyle transportation with advanced reservations. Return
transportation is available from the front drive 24 hours a
day. Curbside pickup: $55 (Sedan), $75 (SUV). Sedan will seat up to 3
guests; SUV will seat 6. Prices can change! For more information and

- Super shuttle: Easy and cost-effective shuttle service to
and from the airport. Costs about $20 one way. To reserve go here
- Public transportation: (~1 hour 40 mins)
1.) Walk 5 mins to Van
Buren and Central Ave.
2.) Take Bus 7 to Union Hills, and arrive at 7th
street and Greenway Parkway. (56 mins, 51 stops)
3.) Take Bus 154 to
Scottsdale Airpark (22 mins, 28 stops)
4.) 5 min walk to Westin
Kierland.
