Research Forum is an excellent venue to increase the visibility of your work. To make the best use of this forum, the idea is to develop a poster/demonstration whose focus, instead of showcasing achievements, is to bring out all the issues on the topics, initiates and encourages discussions. Authors of LCTES 2009 papers must participate in the poster presentation, but other researchers are encouraged and invited to present their research in the poster session.

LCTES 2009 author posters are "automatically accepted," however they must acknowlege and let me know of any special requests for demonstation. All others must make a poster proposal and let me know their demonstration requirements. After acceptance, they can participate in the LCTES 2009 poster session/research forum.

At least one author on the poster is required to pre-register for the conference and attend the scheduled interactive poster session. They must stay with their poster so that they can discuss their work with conference attendees.

There is a prize for best poster/presentation/demonstration. Posters alongwith a demonstration, even if a softwar demonstration will be preferred.
