LCTES 2010 : Works in Progress and Poster Session

Submission Deadline: February 17, 2010

Have some late breaking results? Are you in the preliminary stages of writing a paper to the next upcoming deadline? Still in the formative stages of PhD idea?, and seek some feedback and/or extension ideas. If you need a highly interactive, one-to-one forum to present, discuss, spread your budding ideas, then the Works-in-Progress and Poster Session (WiP-PS) is the right place for you. WIP-PS is a highly visual, interactive forum, well attended, by both academic and industry folks.

LCTES 2010 WiP-PS will be a part of the joint session organized by CPSWeek with all the other all conferences during a reception on the first night (Tuesday, April 13). Each presenter would give a short oral presentation in the WiP session and then a more detailed one-on-one Q&A during the poster/demo session in the evening. WiP-PS is an excellent venue to increase the visibility of your work. To make the best use of this forum, the idea is to develop a presentation/poster/demonstration whose focus, instead of showcasing achievements, is to bring out all the issues on the topics, that initiates and encourages discussions.

Researchers who wish to participate in the LCTES 2010 WiP-PS must send the following information to Aviral Shrivastava (Aviral.Shrivastava@asu.edu) by Wednesday February 17, 2010. Please send by mail,

Acceptances will be notified by February 22, 2010. At least one author on the poster is required to pre-register for the conference and attend the scheduled interactive poster session. They must stay with their poster so that they can discuss their work with conference attendees.
