COST AND IMPORTANT DATES:  All costs are inclusive of tuition, lodging, and awards.  A $100 deposit locks in your rates (note that the deposit will be applied to the total balance).  An "earlybird" rate of $825 applies to all students who register by June 1.   All registration materials received or postmarked by July 1st receive a rate of $875.  All registration postmarked after July 1st is $925.  Persons wishing to attend only a portion of ADI will be charged $75/day for up to 10 days; students attending more than 10 days of the institute are charged the full rate.  Students who have their own housing in the area do not require a room in the hotel can attend for $500.  Institutions with 4 or more students are eligible for a group rate of $775 per student if registered by June 1 and $825 per student after June 1. 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES: Plan to arrive by 2:00pm on Monday, July 25th; registration and lab placement will occur that afternoon and the program will begin that evening.  Plan to depart the morning of Sunday, August 7^th; the final assembly will occur the evening of Saturday, August 6th.  Extra hotel nights for early arrivals or late departures are $75 per person per night. 

FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE: Free airport transportation is available from the Twin Palms Hotel (call 480-967-9431 upon arrival).  Further details will be sent upon receipt of deposit. 

ROOM OCCUPANCY: Fee includes triple-occupancy rooms.  Double occupancy is available for an additional fee of $300 (pending availability) and single occupancy is available for an additional fee of $600.  If you have special needs (such as wheelchair use) that make triple occupancy untenable please contact us for specific arrangements not subject to additional fees. 

EVIDENCE: All evidence files will be completed electronically and all students will receive one free download of each file.  You can pre-pay for a complete paper evidence set for a price of $300; you will receive a complete set regardless of the total amount of evidence produced and a CD copy of all the files.  Based on past years' evidence production, this figure represents a savings over purchasing the evidence packets individually.  Unfortunately, we will be unable to process a refund if evidence production in any given year does not make pre-purchase cost-effective. 

REFUND POLICY:  The $100 deposit is not refundable.  Up to 50% of received funds (minus the deposit) may be returned until July 1.  No refunds are made after July 1.
