Meals and Lodging

Participants will be lodged in student housing located in Florence. All lodging is equipped with standard kitchen facilities, which will enable participants to prepare some of their own meals and save some expenses. Student housing will be available as of Saturday May 15, 2010 and not earlier. Housing must be vacated by Saturday June 26, 2010 at 12 noon.

Due to Italian anti-terrorism legislature, no guests (non-program members) are allowed on ASU housing premises.° This applies to family and friends, as well as any other visitors. Program participants will NOT be able to house friends and family travelling through Florence during the summer. Please advise visitors that you will not be able to provide lodging for them on ASU Program premises.

° Failure to adhere to this important rule violates Italian law and may lead to dismissal from the Program, effective immediately.
