Schedule of Payments

Once your application to the Program has been accepted, it should be followed by a non-refundable deposit of $350.00. You will receive separate instructions on how to do this. Questions about payments may be directed to Laura Tardiff.

Payments may be made any time in advance. Students who wish to make payments in convenient installments, must do so according to the following schedule:

Upon acceptance into the Program:	$350.00
On or before February 18, 2009:	$1,000.00
On or before March 5, 2009:	$ 1,000.00
On or before March 25, 2009: ______________	$ 600.00 _________x____
Fees total by March 25, 2009:	$2,950.00

Please be advised that Account Receivable will be billing you for the various installments of the Program fee, and later in April, for the tuition of the courses you are taking. Those of you who have an ASU account can pay the bill on line by going to "My ASU account" and entering a credit card number, pay in person at the cashiering office, or you can pay by mail.

Students who have officially requested Financial Aid before March 1, 2009 may withhold their payment until, but no later than, April 1, 2009. It is the applicant's responsibility to make sure that payments are received by the Summer Sessions Office by that date. Please note that a minimum payment of $500 must be submitted by all financial aid applicants by April 1 regardless of their financial aid application status, or their application to the Program will no longer considered valid.

Participants who are not currently ASU students will receive instructions on how to open a student account following simple online instructions.

For deadlines, application forms and Fact Sheet, please contact the Summer Sessions Office. Those who need funds earlier (e.g. deposit, airfare, etc.) may request a short-term loan from the Financial Aid Office, payable by May 30, 2009 ($15 service fee). Please note that the Program is not involved with the processing or granting of financial aid applications.

In case of withdrawal from the program you must notify the Program director immediately. All payments (excluding the $350 deposit) will be refunded until March 22, 2009. After March 22, 2009 and until April 1, 2009, the refund will be reduced by an amount of $500. No refund of the Program Fee will be made after April 1, 2009.

Registration Fees (tuition) will be refunded in full until May 15, 2009.
