Ben Sheets began his training in the fall of 2007 under Aron Cummings at Arizona State University. He currently holds the rank of hachikyu (yellow belt) in Kokondo Karate and in Jukido Jujitsu. Outside the dojo, Ben is studying secondary education with an emphasis on history at Arizona State University.
