On May 18th, Richard Arndt was promoted to probationary shodan (first-degree black belt) in Kokondo Karate. Rich is the first student to reach the level of shodan at the ASU dojo. We are all very proud of him! 
---------- On November 8, 2007, the dojo held a special class on gun handling and safety, and also practiced disarming techniques against real weapons. Click here for more information. ---------- In December 2004, Ellen Kincaid was promoted to the rank of probationary shodan (1st-degree black belt) in both Kokondo Karate and Jukido Jujitsu!
