DISC

Most people refer to the DISC test as a personality test. DISC is not a personality test, it is a behavioral test.

Several free online DISC tests are available. For our upcoming meeting I would like you to take the test presented at #1 below.

   Note that the site will preset the behavior in order of their percentage. You will need to place those numbers in the sequence of the acronym: DISC.

   Write down your results (i.e. the values you have for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance type of behavior).

    

2. http://www.personalitytestsecrets.com/disc-pts/discTest.htm

   This test gives the results in the DISC sequence, and presents each behavior on a scale of 0 to 28. You will need to read out the value from a graph.
