Professor Broome has assisted or taken the lead responsibility for designing and conducting over 50 IM workshops since 1986, most of these in intercultural settings.  He has worked with government agencies in both the U.S. and Europe, organizations in the private sector in both the U.S. and Europe, Native American Tribes and organizations in the U.S. and Mexico, universities in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe,  international conflicts, and numerous community organizations.  He has conducted year-long facilitator training programs for Instituto Technologio y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico, Ford Motor Company, Defense Systems Management College, and the Cyprus Fulbright Commission.  Professor Broome also teaches a course on group facilitation, and he advises many former students in their application of IM methodologies. Currently, he is working with colleagues in Brussels to establish the European Center for Complex Issue Resolution (ECCIR), with the aim of applying IM to issues facing the European Commission and other pubic and private organizations in Europe.  Below is a sample of the workshops with which Professor Broome has been directly involved since 1985.
