Britney Ihrig is a student at Arizona State University earning a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. She completed a six month internship with Barclay Communications in 2008 where she did promotional work for FocusFeatures, Universal Studios and Walt Disney Studios.
Britney has worked for the City of Scottsdale in Parks & Recreation for five years. During Britney’s time with the City of Scottsdale her responsibilities have included managing the front desk as Mountain View Community Center, planning and supervising recreation programs and working City of Scottsdale events. In 2008 Britney assisted in planning and running the City of Scottsdale FitCity, City of Scottsdale Might Mud Mania and the City of Scottsdale Fall Festival. Britney expects to graduate in December 2009 and begin working in the field of Public Relations.
