For the first part of your correspondence assignment, I want you to write two (2) different letters to either the Arizona State Parks or to one of the specific state parks. If you're not quite sure what's a state park, you can check them out at http://www.pr.state.az.us/

The first letter is to be an inquiry letter. You can ask for anything so long as it is appropriate.

The second letter is to be letter of complaint. Again, feel free to complain about anything.

These letters need to be emailed to me no later than the start of class on February 19. I will then distribute them to other members of the class who will write the appropriate responses. I will post the second part of the assignment on the web and on BlackBoard.
