For your next assignment, I want you to write a proposal. I’m asking you to write a proposal for change. The most important criterion will be that the proposal is real—that is, that you are not providing fictional information to a fictional audience. This means that you’ll have to do some research in order to get the information. While there is no need for you to ever actually submit this proposal to anyone but me, I do want you to have the advantage of only needing to find real information.

You will probably want to “ok” your topics with me. Do so no later than March 26. You can do that by email.
