For your final assignment, I want you to write a proposal. It can be a proposal for funding, for change, in response to an RFP, or anything else that requires a formal proposal. The most important criterion will be that the proposal is real-that is, that you are not providing fictional information to a fictional audience. While there is no need for you to ever actually submit this proposal to anyone but me, I do want you to have the advantage of only needing to find real information.

You will probably want to "ok" your topics with me. Do so no later than Tuesday, April 6. You can do that by email.
