| Directions: From Flagstaff, drive north on US 89 toward Page. Turn right at Sunset Crater National monument (FR 545). You will pass a road on the left that is blocked with boulders. Just past that, turn left onto FR 545A, which goes to the top of O'Leary Peak. At approximately 8,100 ft. elevation, there will be a locked gate across the gravel road. In order for the hike to the top to meet the requirements of Arizona's 20-20 Challenge, you should turn around here and drive back down the road exactly 0.3 miles to an elevation of 7,900 ft.
