The deadline for `Lego Projects: it's your call'' was Oct 5th.
Normally I have been allowing upto 1 week delay with only 10%
penalty. In this case, I agreed to have a one week delay without 
the 10% penalty. 

After October 12th the penalty will be according to the guidelines
mentioned in the syllabus.
