"Skylines" Ecopoetics Exhibition
Exhibition features poetry by Cynthia Hogue along with 14 others. :: Ecopoetics is the study of the ways that creative writing can address ecological issues. Historically associated with Romantic and pastoral poetry, this investigation now extends further into new realms such as urban environments and digital technologies. Skylines is curated by Devon-based poet, Elizabeth-Jane Burnett.

Join poets and academics--including Cynthia Hogue--to discuss the role of ecopoetics at a time of environmental stress. Concurrent with an exhibition, sponsored by the U.K.'s Center for Contemporary Art and the Natural World, called "Ecopoetics: Skylines" which runs June 6-28, 2009.
