Research

I'm a post-doc at the Center for Biological Physics at Arizona State University. I recently completed my doctoral work with Dr. Mike Thorpe and Dr. Petra Fromme, where I focused on biophysics of photosynthesis, in particular the structure and dynamics of Photosystem I. My current research efforts are focused around the development of improved simulation techniques for understanding protein dynamics at long timescales and fitting high-resolution protein structures to low-resolution data.
