Caroline Porter is a broadcast-focused multimedia journalist with experience in writing, reporting, producing and editing. She is currently a sophomore at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, studying broadcast journalism. Porter is a also an honors student enrolled in a combined BA/MMC program, and expects to graduate with a Master of Mass Communication in December 2012.

An Arizona native, Porter is a graduate of Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix where she was also an honors student. Porter loves to learn people's stories and share them in relevant and meaningful ways, especially through the power of video.

Her experience in broadcast journalism started in high school, where she was enrolled in a television production class and wrote and produced two newscasts. Since then, she has interned at Metro Studios in Phoenix and is currently a broadcast intern with the Arizona Diamondbacks where she produces content for the in-game television system.

Upon graduation, Porter plans to become a television reporter and explore new markets for interesting and engaging stories.
