I chose a channel roughness of .017 because of the earth cannels were in best condition and the concrete that line the lake. The wetted Perimeter is about 980 feet while Velocity increases from 5 feet per second to 2 feet per second. Discharge is about .2 at about .1 slope. The reason I picked a Roughness channel with the range of .010 to about .02 because the salt river at Tempe Town Lake is usually non moving due to the dams but if it starts to go over the levees it can have some movement.
