1. Click on Refmacros.dot
  2.  You'll get this window in response.

 

  1. Click on Save as.
  2. You will need to navigate to the WORD STARTUP Folder. Here’s where it is.

  1. Save it there. On some machines, it will automatically (and undesirably) change the last letter of the file name from "t" to "c" (i.e., from ".dot" to ".doc").
  2. If so, open it in Word, then click Save As, then at "Save as type", select "Document Template"
  3. If you use Word 2007 or Word 2010, it must be saved as a .dotm file. Add the letter “m” to the end of the file name.
  4. Open your ms or other document. Click Tools, Macro, Macros
  5. Highlight AddKeyBinding, then Click Run.

  1. The macros are now ready for use.
