Yes. It is revolutionary.  The impact that it has had on society is one of the most significant and drastic changes in recent history.  Wiebe and Dornsife who are both college professors describe the importance of using this new technology to its fullest potential.  Right now the computer’s use in the classroom is “electrified” by printed material being revised into electric form.  “Computers are not a simple additive element in the compositional mix, they are revolutionary.  Although that revolution may not be fully realizable at this precise historical moment, our responsibility to the future is such that we must endeavor to create the condition within which that revolution can animate and transform our classrooms and pedagogies” (133).  A change in the way things are seen, taught, and understood need to alter with the addition of new technology.  In time, the collage of multi-media will simply be viewed as a single medium, and people
