Cheesecake

 

Crust

2 pkgs of graham cracker (cinnamon if desired)

1/3 cup melted butter

¼ cup sugar

 

instructions:

Snap wax paper in between bottom and sides of springform pan

Mix crust ingredients and spread around bottom and halfway up sides of springform pan

 

 

Filling

2 packages of cream cheese

3 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp lemon

1 can of condensed milk

 

instructions:

Soften cream cheese.  Beat in condensed milk.  Add eggs, beating after each egg.  Mix in lemon juice and vanilla.

 

Bake at 300 for 1 hour (sometimes longer depending on oven)

 

Note:  To make a larger cheesecake, add one more package of cream cheese and ¼ cup of sugar to the filling.

            To make a more ‘carmelized’ crust, only use 1 package of graham crackers.
