Rice Pudding

 

 

Rice

1 cup rice

3-4 cups water

 

 

Pudding

6 cups cold milk

9 tbsp cornstarch

½-1 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

 

 

 

 

Cook rice until water is absorbed

 

In a separate pot, beat pudding ingredients, and cook on medium.  When it comes to a boil, turn burner off.  Add rice mix in.  Put in Raisins.  Cross with cinnamon sugar.
