-Dissolve Tris base into 800 mL Milli-Q water
-Using HCl, adjust pH to 8.0
-Bring volume to 1 L using Milli-Q
-Autoclave for 30 minutes (NOTE: re-make if solution turns yellow)
-Store at 4oC
