12/03  REMINDER:  You have until WED 12/04 at 5 PM to sign up for
       a time in which to take Test 3.  The sign-up form is on our
       class webpage.  The test will be given at the Physics Testing 
       Center in PSH-563 between 9 AM and 7:15 PM on THUR 12/05.

10/07  For this week only, it is necessary to move my hour in the
       Physics Success Center (PSF-186) from MON to TUE 10/08 from
       3:00 PM until 4:00 PM. I apologize to those who usually visit
       me in Help-Study from 1:30-2:30 on MON's. Thanks. GBA

 9/25  The keys for the two versions (blue and gray) of Test 1
       are now available at the Canon Copy Center in the
       basement of the MU (across from Jamba Juice).

 9/17  Because of continuing problems with WebAssign, Test 1,
       now will be given on paper in our lecture hall, PSF-173,
       during the regular lecture hour on TUE 9/24.  Thanks to
       everyone who used the sign-up system on our class
       webpage to sign-up for a Testing Center time; that
       system seemed to work perfectly, and we will use it for
       Test 2, but because of this change, your sign-up time
       now has no meaning.  To repeat, Test 1 is now in
       PSF-173 from 1:30-2:45 TUE 9/24 for all of my students.
       There will be assigned seating.  On 9/24, please remain
       outside of the lecture hall until we invite you in;
       then find your name on the seating chart which will be
       posted on the walls and on the computer screens.  On
       THU 9/19, we will have the FRICTION lecture originally
       scheduled for 9/24, but that lecture will be covered
       in Test 2.  The due dates for the remaining 2 HW's for
       Test 1 will move to THUR and MON.  There will be no
       change to the recitation schedule, which is a bit
       awkward now, but best all around.  Thanks. GBA

 9/10  Between 8 PM and 9 PM on TUE night, WebAssign access was
       unacceptably inconvenient; also, the pages were not always
       displaying correctly.  As a result, the due date for the
       assignment Circular Motion and Relative Velocity has been
       moved by one day to WED night.  Thanks.  GBA

       Also, Blackboard at ASU was down during this same time,
       so no announcement could be posted there.  Thanks.  GBA
