scale.  The highest E is 46.6, the lowest D is 49.3;  the 
highest D is 57.8, the lowest C is 58.7;  the highest C 
is 69.0, the lowest B is 70.1;  the highest B is 78.8, 
and the lowest A is 80.0.  The smallest gap between 
levels is 0.9 points between D and C.
