1)  Cell phone use of any kind is not allowed during the
    test.  Your phone MUST be stored either in your bookbag,
    purse, or pocket and cannot be placed on table or floor.

2)  Make space for me to walk in the aisles so that I may
    answer questions (put bookbags underneath tables).

3)  Leave your test paper face down until told to begin.
    Put your ID on the table in front of you.

4)  Raise your hand if you have a question.

5)  There are at least two, slightly different, test forms.

6)  Your calculator may not contain stored physics equations.

7)  The last page is scratch paper, and contains your 
    equations and constants.  Put all work to be graded only
    on the actual test pages.

8)  In the free-response problems, you MUST show all work,
    CAREFULLY and CLEARLY.  NO WORK = NO CREDIT.  Please
    put a box around each of your final answers.
