Your Classwork grades will be posted here four or five times per semester. As noted within our Course Format and Policies page, your Classwork average counts as 6% of your overall grade. For the first quarter of the semester, we will use your TP average as 5/6 of your Classwork grade and your Groupwork average as 1/6 of your Classwork grade. For the second quarter of the semester, your TP average is 4/6 of your Classwork grade and your Groupwork average is 2/6. For the third quarter of the semester, your TP average is again 4/6 of your Classwork grade and your Groupwork average is 2/6. For the fourth quarter of the semester, your TP average is again 4/6 of your Classwork grade and your Groupwork average is 2/6. If you have a question about your Groupwork average, please see your LA or Sebastian during office hours. To see your official Classwork (CW) grades, search for your Posting ID (use ControlF to bring up the search box, then type in your Posting ID). For the first quarter, your TP average is out of 5 points and is gotten by your TP total for the 1st quarter divided by 91.8 times 5. For the second quarter, your TP average is out of 4 points, and is gotten by your TP total for the 2nd quarter divided by 67.5 times 4. For the third quarter, your TP average is again out of 4 points, and is gotten by your TP total for the third quarter divided by 86.4 times 4. For the fourth quarter, your TP average is again out of 4 points, and is gotten by your TP total for the fourth quarter divided by 70.2 times 4. If your TP average is zero, it may be because your clicker or software is not yet properly registered. Please see our TP Grades page. Your Groupwork (GW) average is reported out of 1.0 for the first quarter, and out of 2.0 for each of the second through fourth quarters.
