Every two weeks or so, usually on SUN afternoon, the Turning Point grades will be posted below by your ASU Posting ID. If your ASU Posting ID is not in this list, then you will probably not have correctly entered either your name, or your ASU Posting ID, within your Turning Point account. See the instructions within Registration, at our TP Information page. Alternatively, see "Is My TP Registration Complete?" at our TP Information page. If all other steps within that site were complete at the beginning of the semester, then when you have correctly entered your ASU Posting ID and your name, ALL YOUR TP POINTS FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE SEMESTER WILL APPEAR IN THE LIST BELOW the NEXT TIME I update the TP grades here. If your ASU Posting ID is in the list below but if you have a string of zeros after your Posting ID, then you will not have completed one of the other steps listed on our TP Registration page. If this is your error, you will NOT be able to get back any points that you have lost because of your omission. Look carefully through the page entitled "Is My TP Registration Complete?" at our TP Information page in order to find the step that you have omitted. If you believe that you had done everything correctly at the beginning of the semester but still have a string of zeros, then the ONLY place you can get help is by using the HELP WITH CLICKER PROBLEMS link at our TP Information page. Remember that all grades before TUE Jan 19 are for practice only, and will not be posted after TP grades begin to count. Thanks. GBA To see your official TP grades, search for your Posting ID (use ControlF to bring up the search box, then type in your Posting ID). These grades downloaded to my gradebook on MON 5/02 at 11:00 AM using TP grades through 4/29. For the first quarter of our class (through class 8), maximum TP points are 102.0. Total points needed for 100% TP grade are 91.8 (90.0% of all possible TP points). For the second quarter of our class (class 9 through Test 2 review), maximum TP points are 75; total points needed for 100% TP grade are 67.5. For the third quarter of our class (class 14 through Test 3 review), maximum TP points are 96; total points needed for 100% TP grade are 86.4. For the fourth quarter of our class, maximum TP points are 78; total points needed for 100% TP grades are 70.2. GBA THESE ARE THE FINAL TP GRADES. If your posting ID is still not in this list (or if it is but you only have a string of zeros), then you MUST do two things or you will get a zero for TP for the year. First, follow the instructions within our TP Information page to properly register your clicker or software. Second, send me an email asking me to download the final TP grades to my gradebook one more time. Thanks. GBA On MON 4/11, the TP scores for classes 1-19 were updated with the latest License and Clicker information. Students who had missed TP points because their license had been invalid should now have received those missing points. Thanks.
