1)  Cell phone use of any kind is not allowed during the
    test.  Your phone MUST be stored either in your bookbag,
    purse, or pocket and cannot be placed on table or floor.

2)  PLEASE SPREAD OUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.  I WILL ask people 
    to move away from crowded areas.  Make space for us to 
    walk in the aisles (put bookbags underneath tables).

3)  Leave your test face down until told to begin.  Put your 
    ID on the table in front of you.

4)  Raise your hand if you have a question.

5)  There are at least two, slightly different, test forms.

6)  Your calculator may not contain stored physics equations.

7)  The last page is scratch paper, and contains your 
    constants.  You may tear it off.  It will not be graded.

8)  In the free-response problems, you MUST show your work 
    and put boxes around your answers.  NO WORK = NO CREDIT.
