I am an Assistant Professor at Arizona State University (ASU) in the School of Mathematical and Natural Sciences. Prior to joining ASU in Fall 2018, I was a Research Assistant Professor at Northwestern University in the Department of Computer Science, working with Prof. Yan Chen. I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from College of William and Mary in Dec. 2015 under the supervision of Prof. Haining Wang

Research Interests

My research focuses on the intersection of Cyber Security, Privacy, and Data Analytics. Much of my work aims to secure Internet-scale systems from cyber attacks and protect user privacy and security due to emerging technologies, from a data-driven perspective.
