  • Caremaster® Data Repository   The Caremaster Data Repository was developed by the Spacelabs Medical, Inc. It provides healthcare providers for more accessible and complete information from which to to diagnose and treat patients. 
  • National Data at Canceruk.net   This website is set up by the National Cancer Services Analysis Team of the NHS Executive to disseminate key documents, datasets and clinical databases to health care professionals, patients, carers and members of the public 
  • CDR by NIH Clinical Center Information Systems Department   The Clinical Data Repository (CDR) is a facility that will house all electronic data collected at the clinical center from 1975 until today. The CDR will be continually updated with current data and will be the single place to find information for clinical, research, and administrative use 
  • ICD-10   The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, tenth revision. A database of causes of morbidity and mortality.
  • Health Information Tennessee (HIT)  HIT is a pilot project to disseminate data to identify population health problems and high risk groups, and to assess need for prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation services in Tennessee
  • North American Association of Central Cancer Registries   NAACCR is a collaborative umbrella organization for cancer registries, governmental agencies, professional associations, and private groups in North America interested in enhancing the quality and use of cancer registry data.
  • Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER)  A project of the National Cancer Institute (NCI), the SEER Program collects cancer data from designated population-based cancer registries in various areas of the US. Trends in cancer incidence, mortality and patient survival, as well as many other studies, are derived from this data bank.
  • Timely Data Resources  The Incidence and Prevalence Database (IPD) is a comprehensive and convenient resource that provides data on epidemiology, incidence, prevalence, morbidity, mortality, census data, cost analysis, and concomitant disease, including more than 4,000 diagnoses and procedures.
  • Health Data by Utah Department of Health  PRovides access to a variety of information available through the Utah Department of Health, including reports, health measures, and numeric public health data.
