Brief Bio

I have been a PhD student at Arizona State University since Spring 2015. I am currently working with Prof. Anna Scaglione. Prior to ASU, I have studied at University of California, Davis from Fall 2013 to Fall 2014 as a PhD student. I received my B. Eng (with first class Honor) and M. Phil. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, working with Prof. Wing-kin (Ken) Ma. I was a visiting PhD student at Télécom ParisTech from May to October 2015, working with Prof. Eric Moulines.

My research interests lie in the area of optimization theory and signal processing, with the focus on their applications to machine learning and network science.
