Musician, former resident here, died suddenly in home in Pennsylvania.

James Burns, 29 years old, formerly a letter carrier here, died suddenly in Conneautville, Pa. according to telegraphic advices received here yesterday by his mother, Mrs. A.C. Burns. James was employed at the Penn Furniture Factory in Conneautville, Pa, owned by his brother Orin Burns of Huntington. He was the son of the late Dr. Burns of this city, and was well-known here. Burns was a musician of talent and was a violinist of note. A wife and two children survive. His wife was Miss Virginia Woods. His body will be brought here Saturday for internment.

Funeral of James Burns held today. The funeral of James Burns, musician and former resident here, who died at his home in Pa will be held this afternoon at 3:00 at 1721 Fifth Avenue. The internment will be made at Spring Hill Cemetery.
