Hotel and conference location

We are currently finalizing plans for the conference location as well. Please check this site for further information as it becomes available.

In the meantime, we've provided links to several nearby hotels, including the Twin Palms Hotel (located across the street from ASU's Main campus) and the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel (a more upscale resort-style hotel within walking distance of campus). We recommend booking your hotel as early as possible, as spring training games in Phoenix draw large crowds of out-of-town visitors. Find hotels near ASU. (Please note: This link takes you to a 3rd-party website that is not affiliated with ASU or GSEA.)

Tempe, AZ

Image © City of Tempe Tempe is home to ASU's main campus as well as a diverse and engaged population. In addition to the extensive facilities on ASU's campus, Tempe features great shopping and an energetic nightlife on nearby Mill Avenue.

March is a great time of year in Arizona – shirt-sleeve weather in the day, a light jacket at night and usually plenty of shunshine. You can take in a relaxing stroll around nearby Tempe Town Lake or Papago Park.
