Hi, I'm Jeff Bickel. I am basically just a big goof ball. I study geology which I consider very fun and exciting. My favorite animals are baboons, dogs, the duckbill platypus, and bears.

More about me: I am mostly from Tucson, AZ but I have lived in other places such as New Mexico and rural Connecticut. I graduated high school in 2001 and worked various labor jobs until I decided to go back to school, which has turned out to be about the best decision I ever made. I am fortunate enough to be involved with some exciting research here at Arizona State. In my spare time I like to be in the outdoors, travel, or watch sports.
