Intel Linux Security Robot

SCI School of Computing & Informatics

Under the Direction of Dr. Yinong Chen, Arizona State University

Sponsored by Intel Corp.

 Introduction

The intellectual merit behind this project lies with the robot's compact open-source operating system platform and efficient thread processing. Most notably, the robot, Null Spark, was constructed entirely from publicly available, non-custom hardware components. The final result of this project was a security robot complete with manual drive, password protection, autonomous mapping, heat seeking stealth, and a complex AI wall-following algorithm.
