James Henry Leigh Hunt Resources:
Leigh Hunt was a friend and peer to the English Romantic Poets. As a close friend to Byron, Shelley, and Keats he made a living on the edge of fame and fortune. More often than not, Hunt found himself in need of funds and this was a life-long problem for him. My scholarly interests have focused on the period when Hunt took up residence with Byron in Italy while working on a periodical titled The Liberal. I hope, on this page and website, to provide an information hub for students look at Hunt's work.
