Add the two equations (multiply the Ks):
AgCN(s) + H3O+(aq) ? Ag+(aq) + HCN(aq) + H2O(l)
K = 1.6 x 10-14 x 2.5 x 109 = 4.0 x 10-5
= [Ag+][HCN]/[H3O+]
Adding acid shifts the equilibrium towards products.
