What happens after leaving the reformed courses?
CHM-331 is first-semester organic chemistry, taken after CHM-113 and CHM-115/116. We examined the performance of three classes of students. We included only those students who took the three courses in consecutive semesters to cancel out other variables. The SAT scores for the students who took one or more reform sections or only non-reform sections of CHM-113/115/116 were nearly identical. What about their CHM-331 grades?
