The Philosophy and Developmental Biology Working Group The Philosophy and Developmental Biology Working Group comprises a small number of philosophers, historians, biologists, and others who gather informally on an almost-annual basis, piggybacking on the meetings of professional societies. Previous meetings have been held in Sydney, New Haven, Austin, and Cambridge MA. Our next meeting will be held 5-6 November 2006 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Membership in the Working Group is open to faculty members interested in history, philosophy, and developmental biology, and to graduate students as nominated by members of the Working Group.
