Weekly reports list has been updated
The past four weekly reports have been uploaded and added to the list.
Work continues on lowering the leakage flux of tantalum pentoxide films. Quality control experiments are being done to ensure that the process is repeatable. Auto-alignment of test wafers is now possible, which will speed up the experimental process.
